Terms of Service

CallSheet (“the Service”) is a web application that allows film and television production companies to create, manage, and distribute call sheets. The Service is operated by Mero Productions di Salvatore Giovanni Allotta (hereafter “we”, “us”, or “Mero Productions”), with registered office in Via Karl Marx 8, 90031 Belmonte Mezzagno (PA), Italia — P.IVA IT07013270827.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By registering you represent that these conditions are met.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@casheet.it.

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes any third party's rights.
• Use the Service to process data of individuals without a lawful basis to do so (see Section 7 on data protection).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than internal production management.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and content created by Mero Productions) remain the exclusive property of Mero Productions. Content you create within the Service (projects, call sheets, crew lists) remains your property.

By uploading a company logo you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it within the Service solely for the purpose of rendering your call sheets.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

In using the Service you may store personal data relating to crew members and cast (names, contact details). You are the data controller for that data; Mero Productions acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process that data.

Our processing of your own personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mero Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Italian law.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or as required by law.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by e-mail or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo, Italia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
